Welcome to My Digital Gift. By using our platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. The Service

My Digital Gift is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows the creation of personalized web pages with time counters, photos, and music for entertainment and personal tribute purposes.

2. Responsibility for Content

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content (photos, texts, and music) that you upload to the platform.

Image Rights:

You declare that you have authorization from the people appearing in the uploaded photos.

Copyright (Music):

The platform allows the insertion of links or references to songs (e.g., YouTube/Spotify). We do not host copyright-protected music files (MP3), only metadata and thumbnails. The use is the responsibility of the user.

Prohibited Content:

It is strictly prohibited to upload offensive, illegal, pornographic content, or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any page that violates this rule without prior notice and without a refund.

3. Payment and Refund

The service is charged through a one-time fee via our payment processors (Stripe or Mercado Pago).

Since it is a digital product with immediate access and viewing (real-time preview and delivery after payment), the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 7 days according to local consumer protection laws where applicable.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7. However, we use third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase) and cannot guarantee 100% fail-proof uptime.

5. Intellectual Property

The source code, design, logo, and the My Digital Gift brand are our exclusive property. You only acquire the right to use the generated page, not the software.
